What happened to Freedom&Independence?

Suddenly our space program is relenting. I have known of this for some time as most of us have in our gp.
But,why,I thought the x0-1 etc were making the grade. YOu can look up the strange vehicles on the internet now for a few yrs. Why? Why are we depending on Russia? Why is texas instruments the only ones taking China into space along with the EU? wtf is going on?
Most think,I should be answering this question,well I will be soon but in the mean time and the times are mean,jiggy rigged is not just a action verb of politics but from the et's that separate us from each other every day.
Without space development all society will fail.
